This is a recently refurbished Victorian tenement apartment, 1 bedroom, integral kitchen/living room approx a 10 minutes to Edinburgh's centre. Great public transport links, and free on street parking The apartment is located in the Gorgie area adjacent to the Tyncastle Football stadium and close to Murrayfield Rugby Ground, recently upgraded with new kitchen and appliances, new bathroom and decorated and re carpeted. Gas central heating and open flame gas fire.

The double bedroom sleeps 2 people very comfortably and has a large walk-in wardrobe and ample storage. There is free wifi internet available. A washer dryer, fridge freezer and microwave/convection oven is provided in the fully fitted kitchen along with ironing facilities and flat screen TV. There is a sofa bed for sleeping 2 additional people, although the compact nature limits the access around the apartment when in use. Gorgie Road is serviced by excellent public transport links, and takes approx 10 minutes to get to Edinburgh’s Prince's Street, and access is easy to most of Edinburgh's historical business and tourist spots. This is a compact but very useable convenient apartment and would be suitable for both short holiday and business stays and longer termed serviced lets. All utilities, towels and bed linen are included. A £100 refundable damage deposit is applicable to each reservation, and an excess fuel surcharge may apply under certain circumstances.

A 20% deposit of the remaining balance is payable to the owner of the property when booking, the balance is due on or before 56 days prior to arrival date. A refundable damage deposit of £100 applies to each reservation. Please note payments can be made by bank tarnsfer, cheque inadvance or cash/travellers cheques on arrival (Credit/Debit card payment facilities are not available).
