Our extremely well appointed 5 star, 3 bedroom, penthouse has everything you could possibly need during your stay, and is in an excellent location for sight-seeing as it's right in the centre of Edinburgh, yet it's in a very quiet exclusive development. please note.
We welcome bookings for a minimum of 2 nights and are delighted to welcome any guests wishing an extended reservations. It can accommodate 2 all the way through to 6 in the 3 bedrooms ( + infant as we have a cot and all the baby equipement you could possibly need) plus an exrtra 2 guests using the double sofa bed in the lounge. PLEASE NOTE WE DO NOT ACCEPT STAG OR HEN PARTIES. This luxurious 5 star self-catering Penthouse, which was completed at the end of 2002, is situated in a highly desirable central location, only a 10 minute walk to Princes Street, with private parking and its' own balconyIt is fully equipped with everything you could possibly need, from a £35,000 kitchen designed and built by The Queen's cabinet makers, with everything you'd need to cater for a dinner party for up to 12. 42"Plasma TV in the lounge, DVD player with over 150 DVD movies, cable TV, Freeview, free wireless broadband. There are 3 large bedrooms, the large master bedroom has an en-suite with a double walk in shower, TV and DVD, there is a large 2nd bedroom which can be set-up as either a twin or as one large super-king bed, and the 3rd bedroom is a twin which also has TV/DVD player. In addition to the en-suite there is a large bathroom with a bath/shower cubicle. It has very spacious accommodation - it's around 1500 square feet, with lots of living accommodation and spacious bedrooms, lounge, open hallway etc, and it's own balcony. The penthouse is also in a great location - it's ideally situated for sight-seeing by foot, as it's close enough to walk to all the main attractions, bars, restaurants, theatres, cinemas etc plus it's only a 10 minute walk to Princes Street, with all the main tourist attractions, and a 10-15 minute walk to Waverley Railway Station. The Penthouse has everything you could possibly need for any guests requirements, whether it be the type of sleeping arrangements, the parking for up to 2 cars, the large spacious luxury accommodation, the facilities to entertain guests of any age, or whether they're looking for a 2 night stay all the way through to an extended stay, it has all you could possibly want.
