This apartment has been tastefully renovated and boasts a modern kitchen, fully equipped with all the facilities one would need for a pleasurable holiday in Edinburgh.
The kitchen is fully equipped including a kettle, fridge, freezer, microwave, toaster, washing machine and a dinning table. The apartment's lounge area is both spacious and relaxing, with a TV and sofa.

In total, it comfortably sleeps 10 people. It has 2 large bedrooms; both comprising adult size bunk beds in each. There is also a really comfortable double sofa bed in the lounge area. Both bedrooms are configured with 2 single beds and single bunk beds. Each room has adequate storage and is carpeted for comfort. The living room and integral kitchen offers guests a sociable environment to cook and relax. The cosy living room features a sofa (folds down into a double bed) and small dining table. The kitchen area has been fitted in quality units offering hob, cooker, fridge with freezer drawer, microwave and all necessary cookware and crockery. There is an additional “utility” area in hallway where you will find the washing machine. This ensures guests are not disturbed by noise from the machine whilst relaxing in the living room. Besides the main bathroom (with shower and bath) the apartment offers a second toilet. This property has warm, light décor, providing a comfortable place to stay in the city.
