The apartment is bright and sunny and has been recently
renovated and equipped through out.
The apartment has 3 bedrooms.
2 bedrooms,(1 with en suit shower room), can be set up as
either singles or king size rooms giving great flexibility and the 3rd bedroom
has a double bed in it.
There are 2 sofa beds in the lounge which can sleep a further 2 people.
All bedrooms have wall mounted LCD TVs with freeview.
The large family bathroom with under floor heating has both
a shower and separate bath.
There is a fully functioning kitchen with halogen hob,
cooker, fridge, freezer, washing machine and microwave etc.
The living room has two 3 seat leather sofas (which can both
be made into beds).
In the living room there is a 42" wall mounted TV with
freeview, mp3/iPhone docking station, DVD player and a games console.
In this room there is also a new dining table and chairs.
There is also a private free designated car parking
space.
A leisurely walk along the canal into town takes only 15minutues and brings you to the heart of the city.
