'Seventeen Two - Edinburgh's hidden gem!'Seventeen Two is an attractive stylish apartment, within easy access of the City Centre being situated adjacent to the Meadows open space, within 5 min walk from the Quartermile development. It provides self-catering for up to 4 people in a ground floor apartment which overlooks a shared garden area. The apartment is a second family home and let out when not in family use.

As such the standard of comfort and decor is higher than that found in many holiday lets. We welcome people from all over the world who are delighted with the location and the quality of the apartment.

Situated on the South side of the city centre adjacent to the Meadows and only a 10 minutes walk to the Old Town, this stylish apartment is housed in a traditional Scottish sandstone Victorian building. Recently refitted and decorated in a pastel palette the apartment combines contemporary living with period charm. The apartment offers self-catering for 4 people and has 2 bedrooms - a master double bedroom with additional wash handbasin, and a second smaller double bedroom. A sofa bed in the living area is also available if required.
The apartment has a mosaic-tiled shower room with stylish fittings and a well equipped and attractive kitchen with Denby crockery and plenty of cooking equipment. Located on the ground floor the apartment has access to a shared garden and a BBQ/garden furniture is available for guests' use.

Minimum stay 3 nights.
For weekly bookings - Friday changeover preferred, but not essential.
The apartment is non smoking and regrettably is unsuitable for pets.
Rental prices include fuel, towels & toiletries, bed and table linen. Complimentary tea and coffee is provided for guests along with a welcome bottle of wine. Scottish food hampers are provided for weekly bookings during the Festival and Christmas and New Year.
