This is a beautiful, ground floor, flat in a traditional tenement block with absolutely fantastic views of Holyrood Park and Arthurs Seat. It is spacious and well proportioned having a large lounge and two large bedrooms. It has a good quality modern interior but also retains the charm of an older building with high ceilinged rooms with cornices, large sash windows at the front and a fireplace .

Local Area: There are loads of shops nearby - there is a Sainsbury's (5 mins walk) or a Morrisons (5-10 mins), good grocers, bakers and butchers on Easter Road. There's also plenty pubs and bars nearby. Then there are the fantastic sights within easy walking distance: Holyrood Palace is amazing, Calton Hill, the Old Town, Edinburgh Castle and not forgetting Arthur's Seat itself. It's 10 minutes walk to the foot of the Royal Mile or 20-25 minutes to Princess street. Many buses (every 5-10 mins. ) run within 200 metres of the flat to the city centre. There is also ample free, on-street parking. .
