This large Georgian apartment is in an unbeatable location for the best hen, stag or group weekend out in Edinburgh. It is located on vibrant Rose Street, a central and historic part of Edinburgh and undeniably perfect for Edinburgh's restaurants, bars, clubs, pubs and shops.


The popular bars, cocktail bars and clubs of neighbouring George Street are right on the doorstep and the clubs and pubs of the Old Town are just minutes away.

Rose Street is essentially a street of pubs which vary from drinking holes to eateries and from smart modern to gothic and rock.

Rose Street, George Street and Princes Street also provide ideal shopping from the luxury to the funky as well as typical Scottish pubs and restaurants.

Beds are full size single beds (3” x 6’3”) and have comfortable mattresses. 16 guests can be accommodated, all in bedrooms, all in proper beds. For groups of fewer than 16 people some beds can be removed (up to 6) so that you have more room in the bedrooms

Double glazed windows. No neighbours directly underneath the flat to be woken in the small hours.
Extremely flexible arrival and departure times can easily be arranged in most cases with advance notice.

George Street (nightlife) a 1 min walk, Princes Street (shopping) a 1 min walk, cashpoint by the front door, restaurants/ pubs by door, supermarket (Sainsburys) a 5 min walk, Edinburgh Castle a 5 min walk, , Royal Mile, Cowgate and Grassmarket a 5 - 10 min walk.

Waverly train station and airbus to Edinburgh airport 5 min walk. 10 min direct bus journey from Murrayfield stadium.

Terms and conditions of the owner:
1. The Rental should be paid 6 weeks before arrival.
2. A security deposit of £500 is due to be paid by bank transfer to the Landlord’s Account not less than one week before agreed date of arrival. This will be returned in full within 7 working days after the end of the stay
3. Rental paid in advance: This is refundable to the following extent in the event of cancellation: Cancellation more than 6 weeks before Date of Arrival: fully refundable. Cancellation less than 6 weeks before the Date of Arrival; 100% non-refundable.
