A 20% deposit of the remaining balance is payable to the owner of the property when booking, the balance is due on or before 56 days prior to arrival date. A refundable damage deposit of £100 applies to each reservation. Please note payments can be made by bank tarnsfer, cheque inadvance or cash/travellers cheques on arrival (Credit/Debit card payment facilities are not available).
