Patio Apartment is a compact but delightful flat, located beneath NB’s Guest House in the Polwarth area of Edinburgh. The property sleeps up to 6. The bedroom is beautifully decorated with quality linen and soft furnishings on the double bed.

For storage you will find a single mirrored wardrobe and bedside cabinets. The apartment has a modern fully tiled shower room, with toilet and sink. The compact living room is well presented with a simple sofa bed, wall mounted TV as well as CD player. A well-equipped inbuilt kitchenette incorporates microwave, electric hob, fridge with freezer drawer. A dining table with seating for 4 completes this cosy apartment.
The recently renovated apartment sleeps 5 in total and comprises of one bedroom with a large Double bed and ample storage. The quaint lounge area features 3 single comfortable sofa beds, flat screen TV, a dining table and pull out kitchenette which includes: cooker, kettle, fridge, microwave etc. All plates, bowls, cups, glasses, cutlery and cooking utensils are provided. The apartment also has a private bathroom with electric shower.


All bedding and towels provided free of charge.


The apartment is also serviced daily.
