This exclusive complex of 42 well-equipped serviced apartments is 1. 6 miles (8 minutes) from Edinburgh’s city centre and Waverly Train Station, and offers a great-value alternative to a traditional hotel. Apartments are available with 1 or 2 large, comfortable bedrooms, with the master bedroom featuring an en suite shower room, plus a separate bathroom.

Each apartment also has a designer kitchen/dining area with integrated appliances and a spacious lounge with feature fireplace and digital TV with free Sky sports and movie channels. Our 2 bedroom apartments sleeps 4 persons 2 single beds in each bedroom , there is a surcharge on top of price £15 per night for the possibility of 5 persons, use of sofa bed. Free wireless internet access is available in the apartments and the complex also offers on-site parking facilities costing £8 per day. If you require parking you must call lochend serviced apartments, book your parking and pay prior to arrival.

The apartments can accommodate individuals, families or corporate clients alike, and you can book your own serviced apartment for however long you want, from a few days to a few weeks.

The complex also provides additional services suited to corporate clients and there is lift access to all floors.

All of the apartments are cleaned regularly for you. Food & beverage Each apartment receives a breakfast starter pack, consisting of cereal, coffee, tea, milk, sugar and butter.

There are 2 mini supermarkets just 2 minutes’ walk from the apartments. There is also a Sainsbury’s supermarket just 7 minutes’ walk away, making it easy to stock up on groceries. Room information Each bedroom is designed for a calm, relaxing atmosphere and features single or double beds, bedside lighting and spacious fitted mirror wardrobe among other facilities.

The Kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances you would expect as well as dining table, kitchenware and crockery.



Area information There is a bus stop right outside the complex which will take you into the centre of Edinburgh and to Waverly train station within 7 minutes. There are many bus routes nearby, which can take you across the city.

There is a Sainsbury’s supermarket within 5 minutes’ walk of the apartments and there are also 2 local shops right outside Lochend Apartments’ front door.
