Bedroom 2: Four single beds in the generously proportioned second bedroom, pine wardrobes and drawer units with view onto secluded back garden.

Livingroom: view onto the secluded and sunny front garden, TV, DVD player and comfortable lounge suite make this feel like home. There is a small study/office off the Livingroom, complete with PC, Printer and Wireless Internet access.

Kitchen:The eat-in Kitchen has been designed with the holiday maker in mind and covers most requirements from egg cups to matching crockery - from fridge to micro wave and washer/dryer.

Upstairs there is a beautifully fitted shower room with double size shower cabinet, while downstairs is a second toilet.

A lockable luggage-store/wetroom is situated next door to the toilet.
Travel cot and high chair available on request.

Plenty of free on-street parking available.

The whole Cottage was newly decorated in May 2007, all beds and bedding were purchased new at this time. All bed linen, kitchen towels, bathroom towels and bathrobes provided.

If visiting the city for shopping, Kirk Brae Cottage is within walking distance of Cameron Toll Shopping Centre and a ten minute bus ride away from the Southside shops and restaurants leading on to the city centre and world famous Princes Street.
