Edinburgh Apartments - Heriot Row Apartment
Click on photos for full-sized versions
No. 21 Heriot Row is an original “double upper” apartment: it occupies the second and third floors of a Category “A” listed stone building. Due to it’s elevated position it offers magnificent views of Queen Street Gardens and from the rear facing rooms an uninterrupted view of North Edinburgh and over the Firth to the Kingdom of Fife.
The apartment has been sympathetically renovated to an extremely high and luxurious specification, whilst still retaining the original features of the property: working shutters; flagstone and wooden flooring throughout; original fireplaces and intricate plaster cornicing.
This beautiful interior has featured in several Interiors magazines as well as a Tatler portrait shoot of J. K. Rowling (Feb 2006). It will also be featured in the Richard Jobson's movie "New Town Killers" starring Dougrie Scott (released in 2009), as the interior of the stars home. 3 night minimum stay at weekends and 7 nights minimum in August and 4 night minimum over New Year. .
