Situated opposite Haymarket Train Station, this huge 2nd floor Edinburgh flat offers a recently renovated kitchen, ideal for group cooking, and a large, bright living area with ample sofas to kick back and enjoy the company of friends after eating at the enormous dining table. A full bathroom and 2 further shower rooms cater for all guests. As well as space inside, our Haymarket Apartment is only a 7 minute walk to Princes Street; the principle shopping street in the city. The location is perfect for enjoying all that Edinburgh offers. In our long experience of providing holiday accommodation in Edinburgh, we have found that sleeping arrangements feature high on our guest’s list of priorities. The proportions of many rooms are very generous, giving a sense of space, despite the number of beds. The living area is flooded with sunlight from two huge windows that dominate the room. The elegance of the past is reflected in the heavily corniced ceiling. We have filled the living room with comfortable sofas, a coffee table, TV, DVD, CD and Freeview, as well as providing a dining table which should seat all guests at the same time. We think you will enjoy cooking in the recently modernised kitchen. To enable the designated chef to provide for such a large party, the kitchen has a double gas hob and electric oven (8 gas burners, two ovens). As well as the standalone fridge freezer, you will find a fridge and freezer incorporated into the fitted kitchen. A lovely double Belfast sink, dishwasher and washing machine completes the facilities. A small table sits in the centre of the room – perfect for the wine bottle; cork removed to allow the wine to breath before eating. The flat boasts one full bathroom with modern tiles on the wall, original wood floors, bath with electric shower over, sink and toilet. Two further shower rooms offer electric shower, toilet and sink.
