The Garden Apartment is a hidden gem, located in one of Edinburgh’s most prestigious, vibrant and cosmopolitan areas. This apartment is the perfect base for your discover and explore Edinburgh, as it is just a short 15-20 min walk or 8 min bus ride to Princess Street, Edinburgh Castle and all the Capital’s major tourist attractions, shopping spots, eateries and nightlife hubs. Not suitable for stag parties or large groups of men.
The Garden Apartments is set on the garden level of a charming Victorian Period House whilst the interior is tastefully finished with a warm modern décor. The apartment is actually comprises 2 interconnecting apartments which are located within the vibrant cosmopolitan Merchiston area of Edinburgh city, and just a short 15 mins walk to Princess Street, Edinburgh Castle and the cities major nightlife hubs. Alternatively, it is just a 5 min bus jouney to the city centre and can be taken directly outside the apartment.
Newly renovated, the apartment comprises of 4 spacious bedrooms. One bedroom has a large kingsze bed and a set of single bunk beds with ample storage and light in the room. The second bedroom has a double bed, third bedroom has double bed and single sofa bed and fourth doubles up as a second lounge and has 2 sofa beds plus another small kitchen. The enormous lounge area with glass patio doors, features two comfortable double sofa beds, a coloured TV and a dining table and chairs for 6-8. Modern self-eqquiped kitchen with cooker, fridge, microwave, washing machine etc. All crockery and untesils provided. 2 Large clean bathrooms with showers and/or bath.
The Apartments also boasts their very own private garden for you to use during those lazy sunny days! The garden is eqquiped with a BBQ and garden furniture,
Each member of staff is exceptionally welcoming, friendly and more than happy to assist you with any queries you may have about Edinburgh and surrounding areas. They are also available to make recommendations and reservations for you, as well as being able to pre-book guided tours in Edinburgh, the Highlands, Lochness, Fort William etc. which we can arrange to collect you from the apartment. Whatever the occasion for your visit, our staff will ensure you have a pleasant, enjoyable, relaxing and memorable stay with us in Edinburgh.
The apartment can be serviced daily and all linen and towels are provided for a small extra charge of £5 per person if required.
A wholesome and freshly prepared Scottish or Continental breakfast is available between 07. 45am and 09. 00am. at a charge of £5. 00 per person and can be served to you in your apartment.
Secure private parking available but spaces are limited so we highly recommend pre-booking to ensure you are not disappointed on arrival. The charge for parking is £10. 00 per day.
Check-in time is not until 16:00pm and check out is 10. 00am but sometimes we can offer early check in and late check out for a small extra charge if we need to rota extra housekeepers.
