This centrally located apartment is set within a traditional Edinburgh tenement building in one of Edinburgh's most vibrant neighbourhoods, Fountainbridge. The apartment is the perfect base for you to discover and explore Edinburgh, as it is just a short 15 to 20 minute walk or 8 minute bus ride to Princes Street, Edinburgh Castle and all the bustling cities major tourist attractions, shopping spots, eateries and nightlife hubs. This small but well equipped apartment has one bedroom and located on the 3rd floor.

With a separate kitchen, living room, shower room and bedroom it is ideally suited for guests looking for location rather than space.
The newly renovated apartment sleeps 6, and comprises of a large spacious bedroom with a double bed and adult size single bunks with ample storage. The large lounge area features a comfortable double sofa bed, coloured TV, gas fire and a dining table which seats 5. The self contained kitchen includes: cooker, fridge/freezer, washing machine, microwave, etc. All plates, bowls, cups, glasses, cutlery and cooking utensils are provided. Shower room and separate wash room. All bedding and towels provided for a charge of £5 per person.

This apartment is set on the 3rd floor of a traditional Edinburgh tenement building with no lift, however, the stairs are gentle and there is a sturdy handrail. Situated in a clean, well maintained stairwell, the apartment has a cosy living room with sofa (which folds down to a double bed), feature fire place with coal effect fire in addition to central heating and a small dining table for four. The kitchen is in a separate room (fairly unusual in flats in this area) and has hob, oven, washing machine and fridge freezer. Though there is no bath, the flat benefits from a shower room with electric shower as well as a toilet and sink (in separate room). The bedroom is warm and has a double bed and adequate storage. Guests should note that the apartment is located on the third floor with no elevator. Features:
