Our Address is Elm House, 6 Windsor street, Edinburgh, EH7 5JR. This property has been completely refurbished, fixtures and fittings, furniture etc. .
It is able to sleep 2+2.
Our apartment is situated in Windsor Street it is part of a traditional Georgian town house, built by William Playfair in 1826. It has it's own entrance, and private sunny patio area, with seating and it is located
on the lower ground (basement).
It has one bedroom with a king size bed, Lounge, with top of the range sofa bed, digital T. V, DVD, IPOD Docking station, Wi-Fi etc. . Dining area for 4.
Fully fitted kichen, with all appliances, dishwasher etc. .
Shower room with large walk in high pressure shower. Utility room with washer, dryer, ironing facilities etc.
We have free car parking in the evenings and all weekend. Monday to Friday there is a charge of approx 1 pound per hour.
We offer a welcome pack with Milk, bread, butter, tea, coffee, and breakfast supplies. We can also arrange a larger grocery shopping, wine etc for convenience. If you would like champagne, chocolates etc. . for a special occasion this can be arranged.
We would prefer a minimum 2 night rental.
Our charges range from approx £80 per night rising to £160 during the festival. However longer lets and flexible prices are negotiable.
