LARGEST CENTRAL TOWNHOUSE - 7 BEDROOMS & 7 BATHROOMS This large 3 storey townhouse is centrally located in the highly desirable West End area of Edinburgh. This building dates back from the 1860s (with various period features) and is split over three levels - the two upper floors are linked by an elegant sweeping staircase. It also benefits from secondary glazing (front facing windows) a magnificent cupola in the upper hall.

It is within close proximity to shops, restaurants, bars, EICC and historic sites. This accommodation comprises: 7 well proportioned bedrooms with link beds- (can be made up to be either single or double beds)- with the added benefit of 6 bedrooms being en-suite and one further large shower room.

Unfortunately there is no musicals down this way but if your party want to sing- Well sing away. This apartment dates back to the 1860s so this means no Lifts, but we do have a beautiful staircase so everyone can feel that burn.
This elegant apartment in Edinburgh is close to Princess street but no too close so you don't need to worry about noise. Just outside the apartment there is a one way system in place so traffic noise is Limited. In the front and back of the apartment there is double glazing. In the back of this Edinburgh apartment it is so quiet you wouldn't even realise you were in Edinburgh. This accommodation comprises : 7 well proportioned bedrooms with link beds ( which means they can be made into doubles or stay as singles). The added benefit to this apartment is 6 of the bathrooms are en-suite and on further shower room located on the second floor.
A spacious Living room - 2 large sofas, 1 medium sized sofa, an arm chair and dinning chairs. So this means plenty of seats for those bums watching the stripper. The living area also has a dinning table and a separate coffee table. The dinning table can fit 10 people around it comfortable. The kitchen - This separate from the living room. In there you have everything you will need to make a meal for your party. A large fridge, Medium sized oven, kettle, microwave and 2 toasters. Don't feel like cooking? Well that's fine. Just on your door step you have an Indian, Italian, a Chinese and a french restaurant. Go out or order in.
Restaurants and Cafes
There are a few good restaurants in the area too you have an Indian on the corner of Westmaitland Street and a Nepalese across the road from that. The one that stands out the most though is the Chinese restaurant on Morrison Street called Chop Chop that was cooking in Gordon Ramsey’s Best Restaurants competition of this years The F Word. Includes as advertised before as free bar… just in case your thinking we will supply free booze , we WONT be we do want you to enjoy the bar counter to your up most satisfaction. Nightlife: A trendy location for Hen Parties is the Cowgate. It has a range or bars and nightclubs- The Three Sisters is a popular choice amongst hen parties. Next to the Cowgate is the Grassmarket, home to plenty of restaurants and pubs. From the apartment is £5 taxi trip or 20 minute walk to the Grassmarket/Cowgate.

. Transport: Outside the apartment is a bus stop so it’s an easy bus ride around Edinburgh. The number 100 airport bus also stops across the road from the apartment.

Enjoy shopping - Well you are in luck. With a 15 minute walk ( if you like to stroll ) you have access to some of the Top designers.
