Originally two Georgian townhouses, the Edinburgh Old Town Boutique Hotel recent refurbishment has retained many of the finer period features including high corniced ceilings, large windows and generously proportioned rooms.
Our 22 bedrooms, some with views of Arthur's Seat, have comfortable beds, crisp cotton sheets and en-suite bathrooms.

Our facilities are all you would expect from a modern hotel in Edinburgh's capital city.

We have a stylish restaurant with a highly qualified, creative Chef. Our Polo Lounge is welcoming and friendly with plenty of space for Hen and Stag groups and quiet corners for more private conversations.

We have Wi-Fi access coming shortly and there is a peaceful, comfortable soft seating area away from the bustle where you can conduct business, read a newspaper or just relax with a coffee.

The Polo Lounge opens out onto a large flagged terrace, which in summer is a great place to relax and nurse your hangover. We have shaded areas if the sun becomes too hot - even in Scotland this can happen! In the cooler evenings and months of the year we have outdoor heating and for major sporting events we bring out our 42" plasma screen T. V. for our patrons' enjoyment.
