Great traditional Edinburgh flat is available for festival let.   The flat is on the first floor so is easy accessible from outside and has free on street parking (which is not that common now in Edinburgh).   The flat has double glazing and central heating throughout.   Inside the flat there is an open plan living room and kitchen, large double bedroom, a well laid out single bedroom and a shower-room.     The living room has a sofa and a double futon which acts both as a sofa and a very comfortable bed.   There is a television and DVD player and the broadband connection is also located in this room.   The living room also has a real gas fire and a beautiful view over the communal gardens.     The kitchen is separated from the living room by a breakfast bar which can also act as a drinks bar in the evening!  The kitchen is equipped with a gas cooker, an electric oven and a washing machine with tumbler dryer.   Pots, pans, dishes and cutlery will all be provided.   A large fridge freezer and microwave are found in the walk-in cupboard in the hall.   The double room is at the front of property and gets plenty of light in the mornings.   It has a beautiful double bed, a large double wardrobe and drawers and plenty of space for storage.   The second bedroom is at the rear and has a great view over the garden.   There is a single bed, a wardrobe, chest of drawers, desk and chair and still plenty of space for storage as well.   The shower-room has a recently installed electric shower, WC and sink.     This is a really comfortable flat and will be a home from home for any visitor to the city. .
