Situated in the heart of Edinburgh’s New Town, this gorgeous apartment is appointed to four star standard with high quality furniture, furnishings, Denby crockery and kitchen equipment, including a dishwasher. The property has been equipped to truly be a home away from home. There is a spacious double bedroom complete with a separate dressing area.

The sitting room has a sofa and easy chair, perfect for relaxing with a book or a paper. There is also a dining room (sits 4) and utility room, as well as a fold down bed in the dining room which is tastefully hidden within a cupboard when not in use. The bathroom has a full sized bath and separate shower cubicle, toilet and wash hand basin. The modern open plan kitchen is fully equipped for those who wish to exercise their culinary skills. The property can accommodate three people when the fold down bed in the dining room is used. Situated a short walk from Princes Street and the bars and restaurants of George Street, and close to the Botanic Gardens and other Edinburgh attractions, the property is ideally placed for exploring Edinburgh. There is also on street parking outside the property, which is free after 5. 30pm, though given the property location it is not necessary to have a car if sightseeing in Edinburgh. Tea, coffee,milk and sugar will be provided on arrival. Other groceries can be supplied if a list is provided two days before arrival.

Lets of more than 7 days will have the flat cleaned and linen changed. Facilities include wireless broadband access, digital TV and radio, a DVD player, a trouser press and hair dryer. Additional information; - All utility costs are included in this rental - Linen and towels are provided and are changed weekly for rentals of one week or more - Complimentary tea, coffee and milk are provided for your arrival - Ironing facilities and a hair dryer are provided Booking Conditions - Bookings for “Stag” and “Hen” nights will not be accepted - Strictly non smoking - Sundays are not available for arrivals, only for departures. - Non refundable deposit of of 25% of accommodation cost due upon booking, the balance one month before arrival - £150 fully refundable security deposit - The more nights you book, the bigger the discount, up to 30% .
