Chambers Street City Apartment is a spacious one-bedroomed flat that has just undergone a full renovation (work completed May 2010), returning this stunning apartment to pristine condition. Situated in a grand listed building - the former Edinurgh Dental School and Hospital - the apartment is 100 metres from the National Museum of Scotland, Greyfriar's Bobby, and two minutes walk from the Royal Mile and a fabulous range of historical and cultural attractions, restaurants, cafes and shops.
The apartment is equipped to a very high standard with quality beds and mattresses, high thread-count bed linen and fluffy towels, a fabulous "Habitat" sofa-bed with a proper sprung mattress in the living room, Spa style bathroom with jacuzzi bath and funky low level ambient lighting, a 37" flat screen tv, cd/dab radio with iPod dock, wireless broadband internet, dish-washer, fridge freezer, washer/dryer and lots of extras to help make your stay a comfortable one. The sofabed is a king sized double and the bed in the main bedroom a super-king sized double. It can also be configured as two singles on request.
We are a small family run business and we service and maintain only our own apartments. We pay great attention to detail and aim to provide a high standard of service for all our guests.
Payment Terms
Payment terms for short breaks: Short breaks from two nights are available all year, except for July and August. Short breaks must be made in full to confirm the booking.
Payment terms for breaks of seven nights or more: A 50% deposit is required to confirm the booking with the balance payable no later than 4 weeks prior to the start of the break. .
