Stylish and welcoming apartment in Edinburgh's Grassmarket area with views of Edinburgh Castle. Welcome to Castle View Apartment, 7 Cordiner's Land, Grassmarket, Old Town Edinburgh Stylish and welcoming self-catering apartment in the heart of Edinburgh's Old Town, sleeping up to four people in two double bedrooms (one standard double and one king-sized double). The property is on the second floor of a listed Victorian building and the apartment was recently completely renovated and refurbished to a high standard.
All rooms are stylishly and comfortably furnished and the newly fitted kitchen well equipped with fridge freezer, dish washer, washer dryer etc. Cable TV, a DVD player, CD/DAB radio with iPod dock and free WIRELESS Broadband are all provided. The newly fitted bathroom has a bath and shower. The tariff includes electricity/heating and bed-linen/towels, complimentary toiletries and a welcome breakfast pack. We are a small family run business who maintain and let only our own apartments. We pay great attention to detail and aim to provide our guests with an excellent personal service.
Payment terms
To confirm your booking: Once you have reserved your dates online and paid your deposit to festivalapartments. com: o Short lets (less than one week): the balance must be paid to the apartment owner in full within 7 days, to confirm your booking. o Lets of one week or more: 50% of the balance must be paid to the apartment owner within 7 days, to confirm your booking. The remaining 50% must be paid no later than 4 weeks before the start of your holiday.
The apartment will be re-advertised if the above payment terms are not met.
Cancellation policy: If you have to cancel your stay for any reason, all efforts will be made to re-let the property and any payments received forwarded to you. .
