George Square it is a few minutes’ walk from the Old Town, the historic and
tourist centre of Edinburgh.
Restaurants, pubs, clubs and all city centre
attractions are a short stroll along the street. The usual food shops,
supermarkets and off licenses are just on the parallel street.
Large (17' x
13'4") south west facing livingroom with beautiful views over the Meadows
to the Pentland Hills.
Well equipped kitchen with enough crockery, utensils and pots and pans for at
least 9 people.
Gas central
heating, gas hob, electric oven, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher,
32" Full HD 1080p TV, DVD player, Hi Fi, free Wi Fi, towels and linen
provided.
Four evenly sized double bedrooms (10' x 11'). These can be arranged as either
twin or double rooms according to the needs of each booking. As doubles there
are three queen size beds and a king size bed in the master bedroom.
Single bedroom with south west facing window is off the livingroom.
There are two bedrooms upstairs and three downstairs, all beds (singles and
doubles) have luxury memory foam mattresses.
Shower room and
toilet upstairs and second toilet downstairs.
Although the flat can sleep up to 9, guests are reminded that there is only one
shower room. The flat is approx 105 m2. It is on the 4th floor. Although the
flat’s décor is beginning to suffer the test of time it is extremely well
equipped, clean and comfortable.
Flexible arrival
and departure times can be accommodated according to availability. Landlord
meets guests at the apartment with keys.

15 - 20 min walk from Waverly train station and airport bus link (once
at bus link bus takes 25 mins).
Conscientious and helpful private landlord who lives nearby. A formal holiday
letting contract is provided to ensure peace of mind for all parties. Landlord
is registered and accredited.
A fully refundable damage deposit of £100 is requested for this flat 1 week
before the arrival date. It is refunded immediately after departure. The
balance of the rental is due 6 weeks before the scheduled arrival date. .
