Edinburgh Apartments - Apartment with Balcony Views. Pre-Festival Discounts for June/July. Sleeps 6-12.

These 2 spacious apartments are part of the Bond Building, a
luxury development of apartments and penthouses converted from a whisky bonds
house overlooking a large plaza, located 5 minutes walk from Leith Walk, 5
minutes taxi from The Royal Mile. They can be booked together or seperately,
and sleep up to 6 in each apartment (futons can be provided). Each apartment
has 2 bedrooms, amble wardrobe space, spacious living areas with balconies,
widescreen TVs, DVDs, fully fitted kitchen with microwaves, dishwashers,
washine machines and allutilities required to make your stay as
comfortable as possible.
Together they sleep up to 12, or they can be booked
individually. Allocated secure underground parking and lift access. We will automatically reserve the Upper Apartment
for groups of up to 6 if it is available, the Lower Apartment if it is not, and
both apartments for groups of 8+.
Upper Apartment
Located on the 5th floor with magnificent views of Arthur’s
Seat from large balcony windows in a spacious, open plan living area. A chic,
ultra-modern kitchen/ dining area leads to a sun-catching balcony over the
Water of Leith River with commanding views of the North Sea and the historic
Edinburgh skyline.
Lower Apartment
Located on the first floor for ease of access, the master
bedroom and second bedroom both have double beds and a stylish shared bathroom
with bath and shower.
A spacious open plan living area with French windows
leads to a balcony overlooking the Bond Building’s Plaza, with views of historic
Edinburgh. There is an excellently-equipped kitchen with breakfast bar,
dishwasher, microwave and washine machine. Futon in living area (on request)
