This beautiful ground floor flat in the New Town is a 10 minute walk from the city centre and is close to cafes, shops, bars and galleries. Fashionable Stockbridge, which has great restaurants and bars, is a mere 5 minute walk. This is an ideal base for a summer visit or for festival shows.

The apartment has a smart sitting room with wide screen TV and DVD player, an open -plan fitted kitchen, a comfortable double bedroom, a stylish newly fitted bathroom and a separate "wet room" for showering.

There is a double bed in the bedroom and a sofa bed in the sitting room. This provides sleeping accomodation for up to 4 people.

The kitchen is well equipped with a built-in fan assisted electric oven, gas hob, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave oven, kettle and toaster. There is an good selection of china, glass, and cooking utensils. The breakfast bar can seat 2 people. The apartment also contains a washer/dryer and ironing board with iron.

The apartment benefits from gas central heating powered by a Combi boiler, and there is also a modern wall-mounted gas fire in the sitting room.

There is ample storage in the apartment, with a wardrobe in the bedroom and a large walk-in cupboard in the hallway.

Fresh bed linen and towels are provided. as well as tea, coffee and milk on arrival.

The apartment has free on-street parking from 5. 30pm to 8. 30am Monday to Friday and all weekend. Pay-and-display parking is in force from 8. 30am to 5. 30pm Monday to Friday, costing £1. 20 per hour.

Check-in is at 2pm and check-out at 10am. Sorry no pets and no smoking. .
