This is truly a 'home from home', a very comfortable 2 bedroom house only 15 minutes walk from the very heart of Edinburgh. On the ground floor the house has a recently decorated spacious living room and a separate recently installed and well stocked dining kitchen.

Upstairs there are 2 good sized double bedrooms (one kingsize and one double) with plenty of storage along with a recently upgraded bathroom. The basement of the house contains a washing machine, tumble dryer and chest freezer. There is a small south facing back garden which gets lots of light right through the day and contains a lounger, table and chairs for when the weather suits outdoor eating! For colder evenings the house can be as cosy as you like with gas fired central heating and hot water and a gas fire in the living room.

All the usuals which you would expect are included: good linen and plenty of towels; a well equipped modern kitchen with ceramic hob, fan oven, dishwasher and fridge; TV; DVD player; CD/i pod docking music system and a wirelss broadband internet connection. Some extras are also included to make you feel at home, such as a wide range of books, CDs, DVDs and games which you are welcome to use during your stay.
