Your special occasion NEEDS a special venue! This is it… Our Elegant 3 storey Georgian townhouse has it all - huge drawing room and large gothic styled dining room. Sleeps up to 20 (separate sleeping for up to 17). Ideal for hen weekends and celebratory events and the "ultimate girls night in".

Fantastic location, with bars and restaurants galore on the doorstep, and only minutes from the city centre! Both the public rooms can accomodate up to 20 and there are 20 gothic dining chairs should you wish to hold dinner parties. Late check out on Sundays usually available (small supplement) which enables you to maximise your weekend to the full. FREE early luggage drop off and early check in is also possible. Book Friday and Saturday nights and add Sunday night afterwards for only £150! (subject to availability) As the house has large public rooms, we can arrange unique extras after booking, such as an in-house pamper party using Molton Brown products with spa robes and a 30 minute beauty treatment for just £20pp - or for £10pp with an express treatment). A kilted drinks butler can be booked separately for £100 per group (as little as £5 per person). You'll be sent full details of these extras and a link to our own website in your booking confirmation.
Layout and sleeping arrangements:
Ground level comprises large entrance vestibule and hall, luxury fitted kitchen with dining table, granite worktops, large stainless steel larder fridge and freezer, range cooker, bean to cup coffee machine for "starbucks" style coffee. Also DAB radio with Ipod dock. We also offer to unpack and chill any supermarket deliveries to the house the day before weekend arrivals. Elegant dining room (sleeps 3) with 2 x 3 seater leather chesterfield sofas (one of which is also metal action double sofa bed),single sofa bed, dramatic gothic dining table for 8.

Bedroom 1 (sleeps 2) has single beds

First floor level has elegant 26ft drawing room with tall triple windows, working shutters, open fireplace, 50 inch plasma TV, sound system, Playstation 3, Nintendo Wii and extensive games and DVD collection. It also has a double sofa bed and single sofa bed (sleeps 3).

Contemporary marble bathroom with large walk in rain shower and "his and hers" sinks. Complimentary Molton Brown shampoo, conditioner and body wash as well as salon quality cleanser, toner and moisturisers made with essential oils.

Bedroom 2 (sleeps 2) with gothic style king bed, DAB radio w/ ipod dock. Single wardrobe for storage.

Bedroom 3 has bunk beds with additional trundle guest bed (sleeps 3). Large double wardrobe.

Lower ground level comprises bedroom 4 (sleeps 7) which has a contemporary décor scheme, 2 bunks with trundles, 1 single bed, 42 inch plasma TV. Large dressing room off for clothes / luggage storage.

Another contemporary bathroom with bath, separate walk in shower and complimentary Molton Brown products. Utility room with washing machine, tumble drier and ice making machine Door to large private walled garden which has a large children's playhouse, trampoline and sandpit. Summary of sleeping arrangements - 12 single beds, 1 king sized bed ,2 single sofa beds, 2 double sofa beds (20 in total). Therefore, for groups of up to 17, each person would have their own bed. The house is suitable for families but the most popular guests are large groups (hen parties etc) who want to socialise and party in the large drawing and dining rooms.

It is lived in by the owners for part of the year so has all the essentials needed for holiday breaks (glasses, bottle openers, CD players etc) and is a "home from home".
