The apartment contains 5 rooms, 3 of these very large- all with large windows facing either the street or to the back. The apartment is over two floors, three of the rooms are on the first floor and the other two on the second.

The apartment contains 5 rooms, 3 of these very large- all with large windows facing either the street or to the back. The apartment is over two floors, three of the rooms are on the first floor and the other two on the second. The apartment boasts a total of 4 bathrooms and a separate WC which means no waiting. The apartment has large modern kitchen with stove, hob, and large refrigerator/freezer. It also has a dishwasher and an abundance of glasses, plates and cutlery for the group. The sitting room is very spacious with plenty of seating and two large tables with chairs- a great place to gather and celebrate. Towels and linen are provided so there no need to bring them. Includes as advertised before as free bar… just in case you are stupid enough to think we will give you free booze we WONT be we do want you to enjoy the bar counter to your up most satisfaction. Bring your own booze and become the Tom Cruise or the Coyote Ugly of Edinburgh hen or stag party. A few minutes away from the apartment you have the Haymarket bar with a good pint and very good pub grub, you also have a breakfast bar called the golden grill on west Maitland street. Across the road from that there is a RS McColls and a Cost cutter shop for papers cigarettes etc…. There are a few good restaurants in the area too you have an Indian on the corner of west Maitland street and a Nepalese across the road from that. The one that stands out the most though is the Chinese restaurant on Morrison street called Chop Chop that was cooking in Gordon Ramsey’s Best Restaurants competition of this years The F Word.
